Senior Warranty Engineer

Job Summary

To insure that the warranty policy is strictly followed up by the service team updating them by the new warranty process and procedures while keeping the warranty performance indicators in a good average.  

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and submits all the warranty claims after insuring that all of them are complying with the warranty policy.
• Acts as a warranty advisor for all the service team members taking the warranty approval from the mother company warranty department for the critical cases with applying the good will for some cases if needed  
• Applies and ensures compliance of the Workshop team to the Health and Safety warranty procedures and standards.
• Prepares the "Warranty Productivity Reports" reflecting achievement versus plan and submits to Services Center Managers to take corrective action accordingly.
• Conducts and follow up a recall campaigns with the service manager to insure a good achievement percentage for the recalls target while ordering the needed parts.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering 
• From 3- 5 years of experience.
